Good morning everyone,
I had a great weekend with the family, but so busy! We walked a ton in the snow yesterday, and I did my yoga video last night. I will be running at the gym tonight.
Here's my eating plan for the day:
B - Greek yogurt, berries, all bran buds, SF syrup, protein bar
S - Pepperettes, cheese, clementine
L - Fish and salad
S - Carrots/hummus, grapes
D - Chicken with shake/bake, asparagus, pudding with PB
S - Cottage cheese with SF jam
Totals - 1649 calories, 121g carbs, 58g fat, 164g protein

I was up early enough this morning to plan my day but I didn't I am not sure if I was trying to sabotage myself but I did. I had a horrible day and ate my way through tons of nuts and Christmas cookies. I am only posting here to fess up.
My calorie count came to 2300 and I will do better tomorrow.
