Making my soup (creamy soup as suggested) now and portion in out my broccoli in 1 cup portions (1for lunch and 1 for dinner) all smells good. Had NY food funeral today and ready to truly begin this Journey in the am!

Another member suggested that I cook the broccoli, green peppers and celery with the chicken stoc****il soft and blend altogether to make it a thicker soup. So I did but once it was cooked I measured out 1 cup potions of the greens and then added enough stock with it to blend. That way I have a better count of my allowed 2 cups of greens each day. So I'll have 1 cup steamed broccoli around lunch and then my soup around dinner. Haven't tried the soup yet but it smelt good when it was cooking! Omg having my first opti now (Chocolate with hazelnut coffee and omg ewwww lol
