I think so... 

I always check it after I go to the washroom and before I shower

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

your weight is accurate whatever time you check it. if you are looking for your lowest potential of the day first thing, nude, shaven is suggested!

I 100% agree with shaving first especially if you are like me and the growth on my legs must be hacked off with a scythe.  I think I probably go down about 2-3 lbs with each shave. lol wink

44 lbs is amazing.  honestly, we really have to give ourselves credit for what we have done for ourselves.  i remember someone saying that this surgery is the best gift they can give to themselves.  now that i am post-op, i totally get it.  

and none of it is easy -- so to hell with those that think we have somehow taken the easy way out!  this is truly the hardest physical thing i have ever done.

Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW  - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th  Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG
