Preparing your skin for weight loss?

for the arms,  if you end up building up muscle, it will fill out where the fat was - therefore creating less hang.  that is the only thing i hope to do with my arms is to build up a lot of muscle to try and minimize the hang effect.

i am quite sad to read, however, that no matter how much coco butter cream i use, the stretch marks are permanent.  this is actually quite sad to think.  and when you look at all of those cremes, they all say they help minimize stretch marks, etc..  perhaps they don't do anything of the sort?

right now, i am using this coco butter creme thingy i got from an ethnic store -- specifically for stomach and arms during weight loss.  it smells great but i have no idea if it works.  we'll see!  ;)

The only thing that may benefit your skin is the increased blood flow from rubbing the cream on.  You cannot change damaged skin.

I also read at one point in researching loose skin something about a castor oil wrap on your skin- I haven't looked it up in a long time but it can't hurt to google...
