Having a hard time with protein shakes. Had my sleeve done on Monday and can't get down the shakes. Boost... nope, premire protein... nope. Don't know what to do? Cream soups, yougurt and no sugar puddings are fine. Water is great.
Just mix some unflavoured protein powder in with your soup, yogurt, etc., to bump up the protein level. I got my unflavoured protein powder from the Bulk Barn.
