Good morning everyone!
Today I'm working from home (thankful to be doing so with the COLD weather today!). I will do my yoga video at some point today, and also the hula hoop (loving the weighted hula hoop I got recently - fun workout!).
Here's my eating plan:
B - Protein Bar, Poached Egg
S - Pepperettes, Cheese
L - Leftover Ham, Spinach salad
S - Carrots and Hummus
D - Sloppy Joe's without the bun, asparagus
S - Pudding with PB, jello
Totals - 1568 calories, 112g carbs, 78g fat, 116g protein
