Pre op screening
It takes 2-4 hours for the pre-screening
you will have blood work, meet a nurse, have an ecg done and meet the anesthesiologist. Pretty much it.
Referral December 3/12 ~ Orientation April 24/13 ~ Nurse Practitioner May 27/13 ~ Nutritionist May 31/13 ~ Social Worker June 3/13 ~ Sleep Study June 24/13 ~ Ultrasound June 27/13 ~ Sleep Study Results August 20/13 ~Nurse Prac. Appointment September 10/13 ~ Surgeon Appt. Dr. Glazier & Dr. Hagen October 16/13 ~ Pre-Surgical Class October 23/13 ~ PATTS November 7/13 ~ Surgery November 20/13
crystal, Do not fear, they need standard pre op testing within a certain amount of time prior to your surgery. You may also be sent for a chest xray depending on your age and or history of respiratory issues ie: asthma.
The time is more of a waiting game than anything, but all necessary in getting things organized.

I'm typing blind here but your post made me smile as you gotta love auto correct good luck tomorrow with the pre screwing lol, I'm the typo queen and really find it funny if its odd enough for me to even recognize an error. Please do not think I'm picking fun at you I get that is an auto correct issue it was just cute
