Congratulations Dawn! I am so happy to hear that you got approval!

As a relative newbie here, I look to you and other respected vets for so much information and support as I navigate this process. It's wonderful to hear that you are moving forward with this; I'm sure it's exciting and you will be pleased with the results! Keep us posted on how things go, please!

Many hugs to you. This is GREAT news!

Congrats Dawn! Although it was only just over 2 pounds of skin off my panni, it felt like so much more...especially when I run. And no more rashes. My scar gets itchy from time to time...but I can live with that!

When you say you're upgrading to a tummy tuck, does that mean the scar up the middle as well? Fleur de lis?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
