Up most the night with insomnia....I think I was just too hyped up yesterday.....Today, an appointment this morning then to the mall for some meandering.....out for lunch at Artisano....then to the movies
STEPS - 7980
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - Bowl of butternut squash and apple soup
1/2 tuna sandwich
S - 3 cups of popcorn
D - 2 eggs
2 slices of peameal bacon
S - clementine

Morning everyone. I am not feeling great . Went home after work yesterday and slept. No work out for me..Still a little off today, feels like some kind of bug..I dont know if my menu will stick or not..But lots of fluids.
B- greek yogurt.
S- tea , water for sure.
L- stir fry .
S- 3 melba rounds laughing cow triangle.
D- lettuce wraps with turkey LF cheese and maybe pickle slices. OR ..Chicken broth with a couple crackers if still feeling sick.

Krista I have been under the weather since Thursday. Started with a headache and the chills and then major nausea hit. I wake up feeling not bad but as soon as I eat or even drink a protein shake, the nausea comes back. I hope you feel better soon.

I plan on doing as little as possible today. I am still feeling under the weather so rest is going to be my friend. Is it nap time yet? :) I have nothing left in my fridge to just warm up so guess I need to raid the freezer and take more stuff out. I forget what I even have in there other than chili but that will be on today's menu for sure. I promised my son I'd make him some buttermilk ham and cheese biscuits so I may get at those today or maybe I won't.

D - baked salmon, side green salad or maybe more chili if I am too lazy to do more than just nuke anything
Good morning all. I'm sorry to hear about the illness and insomnia on the board. I stopped taking the Melatonin, and somehow I'm sleeping better. I finally have been able to start exercising again, and i'm sure that is helping.
So, I am up four pounds from my comfortable weight. Without exercise, and i've been snacking like crazy, it's no wonder. Back on Barb's I go. We have our office Christmas Lunch tomorrow, and two parties on the weekend, so spinning for me again today. I was all dressed for running this morning, when Ross reminded me of how our sidewalks are pure ice. I would have gone on the road, but it's pitch black at 6:15 and I am afraid of slipping. Can't wait for daylight in the morning again!!!
