Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
I am truly glad you are feeling better, physically and emotionally.

Hi Darlene, I have not been on the boards much lately. I just read your post. Wow you have had one run of bad luck. I am so glad that you are on the other side now and that your health is improving. Good for you buy yourself some Diamonds that is a wonderful gift to yourself.
