100 lbs down
And 33 lbs to first goal... Loving my RNY and my new life. Right now is the easy part really. Keeping the weight off will be the hard part. Healthy eating choices and exercise are now my main focus in my daily life. This is quite a change from the person i was 5 months ago...I know that there will ups and downs and i am up for the challenge. I am not perfect and i know if i start to slip i have the support to help me get back on track.. I made the choice to have this surgery to better my life and be here for my grand children. My grandson is my inspiration and i want to show him how important it is to be healthy . Old habits die hard , and i have some new good habits and I will do my best to stay on track...Life CAN be grand..Cheers Krista.....

Congrats on the 100 lbs lost Krista!!! And only 33 to first goal, wow, very exciting! And you have warmed my heart with your post about how your grandson is your inspiration, what a wonderful thing to be inspired by! Not sure how old he is but I bet you doing this surgery he see's you as his hero and how wonderful that you have each other. Keep up the great work, old habits do die hard but we can all make new habits too and I know you can do this!
Congrats, very happy for you!
