Isn't Dr Neville lovely? I also adore Aspen, the nurse practioner and really the whole team is so good. I had a similarly great experience with the nursing staff except for one or two but then I was in over the weekend. I had a couple of veritable Florence Nightingales too. 

I am so delighted for you and look forward to watching you shrink!

Yes I totally agree with you on all points. I  get to meet Aspen on a Friday for my one week check up. 

Jo so happy for you! Sounds like you sailed through this! Wicked!! And I can't believe how much you peed, so awesome!! Keep up the sipping and walking and hoping everything is smooth from here on out.

Thank you for this! I will be having surgery at OWMC on February 3 and I really love to hear about others' accounts of how it all happens. It sounds like you did extremely well and I am glad you're home and recovering. (Wow, I hope I can 'pee like a rock star' like you when I get out!)

... on another note, thanks for the reminder; I have to call Nurse Aspen today to discuss something about starting Opti so I'd better get right on that. It had slipped my mind!
