Morning Tracey - looks like a great dinner!  Hope you fight off that cold.

Today is my son's birthday, but we celebrated yesterday since we have some errands to run today.  I baked a cake for him yesterday, but didn't have any - too sweet for me.  But I'm also still doing Christmas baking (reinforcing some cookie types that are popular around here so that I'll have enough to give away) and trying not to eat the products of my labour!  I'm doing a decent job of resisting.

I was supposed to be taking most of December off, but I'm going to be working today, tomorrow and Wednesday, then next Monday.  Then I'm finished until the new year.  But even on my vacation days I've been finding I've been having to check in and answer some critical emails, and I'm constantly thinking about work. 

Today is going to be a leftover day since we ordered sushi last night for my son's birthday (his favourite food ever).  Busy day today - all-day meeting at work downtown, then leaving a bit early to take my kid to an appointment in Mississauga, then making a stop along the way home to pick up a leather jacket for him that we found on kijiji for his birthday. Hoping it fits well!  If not, there's another online source we can buy one from.

Good morning all. My cold seems to be back. Would love to crawl back into bed but actually have to go to work today. Tonight I have an appointment at Ryerson with the Heal Clinic as part of their study. I have heard people have had really good experiences with this,

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

s silhouette yogurt

l ham and bean soup, apple

s protein shake with skim milk

d stew, chocolate pudding

Not sure I will eat all this as I do not feel like eating at all

Work work work.... cleaning a house then off to t he hospital til midnight

Morning everyone. I was up late last night...So dragging this morning..

B- scram egg.and a tea.

S- SF choc pudding.

L- chicken stir fry.with zuchinni and peppers and onions.

S- 3 melba rounds and laughing cow triangle.

D- stir fry same as lunch.

S- going to make roasted chick peas now that my tooth is better..

Good Morning every one. It felt so good to record and plan all of my meals yesterday and then stick with the plan. Thanks for the support Barb.

So for today

Breakfast - Oatmeal and almond breeze

lunch- homemade butternut squash soup, 2 finn crisps and a laughing cow light

snack- isoflex protein shake

Dinner- home extra lean ground beef (hamburger stew) with onions, celery, mushrooms, gravy mix and a few edamame. Mashed potatoes

Hi everyone, Been keeping with the protein first, had our potluck on work last Friday and no problem. First time that I wasn't even all stuffed from eating so much food.

Today:
