I lost my boobs :( I want plastics now....
I told my husband when we got married that I would want plastic surgery when I turned 30. He will have had 8 years to save so he better be ready for it.
If they're *really* flat, you could always tuck them into your belt like my great grandmother used to do. >.<
I dread the saggy everything more than anything else...

I consider plastic surgery a very important part of the entire journey. There is a quote in the Plastic Surgery for Dummies book that I always remember, "Weight Loss Surgery gave me back my health, Plastic Surgery gave me back my self esteem".
I look at it the same as buying a car. For about $35,000 you can get a nice well equipped new car. For about $35,000 you can get a lower body and thigh lift, tummy tuck, boob job, and fat taken off the arms. It is an investment in yourself and one that you can enjoy long after the car has turned to rust.
Plastic surgeon fees vary on where you go. My plastic surgeon charges $13,000 for his tummy tucks in Boston. About $8,000 when he works in Dallas and around $5,000 at the hospital in Ohio. Same surgeon, same procedure, different economic areas, so different costs - so shop around and also don't rule out Mexico. They have some beautiful hospitals and excellent surgeons for much less than in the US and Canada.
My plastic surgeon recommends being within 10 pounds of the weight that you want to maintain for life when you have surgery. That way you are not distorting the surgery with large weight gains or losses.
Hi,
I can understand your feelings about your breasts. I have thought of breast implants but after thorough research I have decided against it. I didn't know that you had to pay out of pocket every two years to get mri's to detect leaks and that you are in for more than one surgery over your lifetime. I would definitely get a breast lift if I was going to do anything at all but I would not get breast implants. $10,000 is just the initial cost.
But if you are willing to deal with leaks and more surgeries and can afford the costs....it's your choice and one many women could understand.
