Daily protein

I track using my fitness pal....when I am short I substitute with skim milk or the protein shakes from Costco since they give the most protein.  I do not get my protein from food at just over 2.5 months out.  I have issues with my jaw which makes all the chewing hard for me so I stick to softer stuff, eggs, humus, soft cheese, which does not have the same high protein as a piece of chicken.  It takes time to work up to the 60 recommended so don't stress and keep tracking and soon it will get easier

Thanks. I was starting to freak out at not making the recommended amount forgetting I'm only six weeks out. It's getting better each day.

I make my own shakes. No fat sugarfree vanilla yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries, banana and a scoop of protein powder. Way better andcheaper than store bought
