Morning. Off to dentist later today. These 2 bottom wisdom teeth are going to have to come soon. Pain all weekend..
B- greek yogurt.
S- water melon.roasted chick peas.
L. little bit spaghetti squash with ground chicken and mush.
S- 3 melba rounds and a laughing cow triangle.
D- same as lunch.
s- some roasted chick peas.

RNY, 1 Year Post Op
Good morning, everyone! It was a fun but busy weekend - went to the gym to run on the treadmill on Friday night and Sunday morning. I much prefer running outside, but don't want to deal with the cold and ice... so treadmill it is for the next few months!
Today I plan to take a break day, as I have Parent Council tonight at my daughters' school.
Here's my plan for the day:
B - Yogurt with berries, SF syrup, All bran buds, protein bar
S - pepperettes, apple, cheese
L - Salmon with salas
S - Egg, hummus with carrots
D - Chicken, asparagus, pudding with PB for dessert
S - SF Jello
Totals - 1731 calories, 126g carbs, 84g fat, 134g protein

RNY - 3 months post
On Saturday it was 3 months post op for me and I have to admit I am doing ok with how the weight is coming off and how fast. I still have a long way to go before I can start running etc, but I can see it happening :)
I survived my nephew's 7th birthday party on the weekend. Complete with pizza and cake and a family dinner the night before of homemade lasagna and garlic bread. I ate some pizza toppings, had bite of cake but neither did anything for me so that was WONDERFUL. I brought my own dinner for lasagna night and didn't even have a craving.
B- cheerios, milk, banana protein powder
S- clementine
L- veggies, lunch meat
S- laughing cow, melba
D- out for dinner so will choose at the resturant
S- protein bar
