GOALLL!!!
I made it!!!! 5 days shy of 10 months post op and I have hit my goal of 160lbs!!!!! I have lost a total of 138lbs and gone from a size 24/3X to size 8-10 and Sm/Med. I have lots of excess skin to be removed but that will come in time. Right now I am basking in the thrill of being at my lightest weight in my whole adult life (and part of my childhood!). I have learned more about myself than I ever thought possible during this journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported me. I know that I will need to continue to be diligent and will always need support. This is a life long journey and I am in it to win it!!!!!
Congrats and that is so awesome...amazing ...thanks for sharing ...there is so much inspiration on this site..

Thank you! The best advice I can give is, stick to the plan you are given, protein and water first, support is key and be true to yourself. Remember why you are on this journey in the first place and make that commitment to yourself and only yourself that you will succeed no matter what bumps are in the road (and there will be many). Enjoy the NSVs they will 1000% outweigh all the hard times. Enjoy the compliments even if you aren't seeing the changes in the mirror (which you may not see for some time but your clothing will tell you how well you are doing and so will the people around you). Take this time to truly get to know yourself and enjoy the ride! Best of luck this week!!!
Thank you! I have made a lot of changes and are prepared to make more. Looking forward go the next couple of years of changes and getting to know more of me
