Need advice

First of all make sure you are taking very small bites and chew, chew and chew some more. Can i ask you why after 7 weeks out that you would try and eat pizza.  Where is your protein. That concerns me. Pizza is way to high in calories and I know you only said that you had a small bite but I wonder if you could have eaten more would you have.  If you are going out and know that there will be nothing around that you can eat than bring your protein with you. I did not have a slice of pizza until i was out for a year. Try steaming your fish that way it will be nice and moist.  Even with sauce on the fish sometimes the fish can be on the dry side depending on how the fish was cooked.

I still have a hard time with any kind of meat without some sort of sauce/gravy. I try to use mustard (low cal) when I can, and I eat stir frys and wet cook meats like shredded that turn out very tender and a little sloppy.Plain meat sits like a lump.

The pizza was because we are in a little town for a hockey tournament andvtheyvsre am ordered pizza. That was all there was. I brought food for other meals but for this one it was either pizza or chips or beer.
