4 week nurse appaointment

Just got back from the nurse and NUT appointment and I'm glad to report I'm doing well. Although, I was disappointed that I gained 10lbs, be it from the fluids after my hospital stint this past week. I know it's all water but, there's something about seeing the scale go up after wls, lol. The nurse reassured me and told me not to worry about it and the swelling in my feet will go down after about two weeks and I'm doing fine. I also got the clearance to start eating solids again . Didn't realize it's been 6 weeks since I've had a solid meal, this should be fun. I have been tolerating everything well so far and I hope i don't have any more set backs.
