Thanks. I've tried looking for sugar free popsicles but, i can't find any here in Kitchener. Maybe I haven't been looking in the right place. I think today I was getting dehydrated tbh. I found myself with a headache and after I had to forced myself something to drink, I felt a lot better. I will certainly force myself to drink more.

i picked up a box of mr freezies sugar free 1.5 mnths ago. not sure if they still sell them (they were from summer). wish you were closer i can give you some since i don't really eat them.
i spent the afternoon yesterday searching for sugar free ice cream. no where to be found. i was so sure it existed (especially since it is on my list of accepted foods).
i am so sorry you are having a rough go of things. a wise person on here toldme to focus on my protein shakes and water -- if all else fails. i think this is bang on advice.
keep it up .. see your clinic/dr/srgn.

There's no such thing as SF ice cream in Canada, it's called No Sugar Added Ice Cream and it's made by Chapman's usually. I just came home from doing groceries and they have many different flavours.
Here's a link to the flavours and that is exactly what the containers looked like. They were with the Ben and Jerry's in my grocery store.

Word of caution, they have sugar alcohols so you may not need colace if you eat this. :)
I would tell the nurse for sure - glad to hear you are able to be at home. I saw one person who had a timer to remind her to drink every so many minutes so she did not forget. It was one of those stop watches around your neck thingees. Maybe that would be helpful at this point? I know I slept a lot after my gallbladder surgery too, so I think it is pretty common in general. Hope you feel better soon.
