Gotta admit, today is tough. I am grumpy for sure. And hungry. Really, really hungry! And going to the bathroom every 3 minutes - hopefully that will translate in to los****er weight ;)

How about you?

Yeah it's tough when you have to make them in front of a whole office! Might be worth it to invest in one of those small cooler lunch bags that you could put ice packs in and bring your Opti that way?

I haven't frozen mine yet - I have one in the freezer now for dinner - but they definitely need to be cold! I made one last night with just cold water and no ice and I got it down but it wasn't fun. The key is definitely ice, lots of ice! And drink it slow to make it last :)

Hi Everybody;

So, I did check into this.  Apparently you CAN freeze it and it doesn't do anything to the effectiveness of the product.  You just CANNOT do the opposite and heat it up.  That is a no-no.  I have also heard that if you add sugar free cocoa powder to the vanilla it somehow tastes like a Wendy's chocolate frostie.  Yum Yum!  Hope this information helps you.

Hi Starr_Fish  do you mean once it's been frozen you cannot heat it up

because the Toronto Western Hospital  specifically has a recipe for Opti Fast made with hot (not boiling) water  so it can be hot just not boiled

heating it up after it has been frozen I'm not sure of.
