So far so great, the chocolate tastes amazing, seriously could someone please name a post op shake that takes close and I would be a happy man.

I have only mixed the choc with ice water so far so I might get bored in time.

I only used chocolate as well. Day 3 i tried adding flavor just to see about changing it up. nope i loved it just the way it was. Cold water and ice, and magic bullet was all i needed. Have yet to find a post op shake as good. Good luck, you'll be through the two weeks before you know it

Great news that you are - so far so great - on Opti. I enjoyed them too and found the consistency like a milkshake. There are lots of great ideas to change them up like flavour extracts and crystal lite. Sept. 10th will be here before you know it! You can do this :o)

Hi Army Guy,

If you get bored with the chocolate Opti, you could try adding SF Da Vinci Hazelnunt flavouring to it. I really liked that combo.

I am on my last day of Opti (surgery tomorrow ) and chocolate was the best. The only thing I added to the Opti was coffee in the morning and sugar free cocoa powder in the vanilla.
