You rock it girl. It is amazing to push the body and see what it can do. I know that friday I ran this crazy route and it was long so my trainer came out to run the last hour with me and we both were shocked when I finished it an hour sooner than planed. That was including a fall I took and ran with blood running down my knee and arm. She took one look and was shocked to see so much blood on me than she broke out in a smile and said you are a true athlete. Than I went and did yoga and today rode the bike from dundas to brantford and back for my Birthday. It was amazing. I would love to do a race with you but I know you are much faster than I am. You keep up the training and you will do this marathon. I start next week serious training for mine. I know i will be close to 6 hours. Not bad for a old fart. Keep me posted on your training. Please
Awesome news!! You're a warrior!
