Amazing. :) I'm astonished at the difference, Evie.
I have questions - these are things I'm currently struggling with. Before you started, could you ever even imagine being where you are today? When you look in the mirror, do you see "Evie"?

I still struggle with the body image stuff. The hard part is the internal work we all have to do....Sometimes I wake up and feel like that woman that was 440+ pounds and other days I catch a glance in a mirror or a window reflection and am shocked! "IS that REALLY me?"....It is funny....I can fit into a size 6-9 jeans now and I still look at them like they are childs pants! I can not fathom that they would ever fit me until I do them up.
On a good day I look in the mirror and I see the Me that I always knew was there waiting to be free and shine.
