Quick post op shake question. Can we dump on products sweetened with Stevia?

Just trying to get my ducks in a row as i'm having my RNY is 37 days(who's counting)  

 

Anyone have any experence with 310 shake?

Stevia should not bother you. I could not find all the nutritional values for this product on the site. That would bother me a little. It says low carb but what do they consider low? Perhaps ask them for all the nutritional info

You should be fine.  The stats are pretty good.   Personally, I would consider finding another protein shake that doesn't have all the added "diet" components like an appetite suppressant etc. I don't think you need those added ingredients as well you might have enough trouble trying to eat after surgery without the added "encouragement" of an appetite suppressant.  Not to mention that they will probably cost more since they are marketed as a "diet" product. There's so many good shakes out there.

I use Stevia to sweeten the occasional tea or decaf coffee and I've had no problems so far...
