Glad all went well and you are on the mend. Rest and drink your protein to help your healing. I am sure you will so happy once the bandages and swelling is gone. How long were you under?

I remember getting right on the table just before 12:30, and hubby says I was out I'd OR at 3:15, so I guess 2 3/4 hours.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

The weirdest thing is the swelling of the mons... Gravity pulls all your swelling down and that one was really odd for me! Good luck with your recovery!! Glad it went well!

I got a bit of. Look at the mons yesterday and was shocked at how swollen it appeared. Looked bigger than fore surgery. Hubby, who is pretty much a saint right now, managed a look at the incisions which go down the sides of the mons and right in the crease of my thigh. No wonder I had such intense burning. Seems to be so much better today.
