My 40th today too!!! And I did my run at 5:30 this morning...5km and I was thinking, there was not another birthday I have really ever celebrated being able to run!!! Love my RNY and my new healthy fabulously fit fantastic forty year old body!!

Happy happy birthday! I'll be turning 40 in December and hopefully hAving surgery in the fall. YOu are an inspiration to me, too, and you make 40 seem not quite so bad! I'm looking forward to being fit and fabulous at 40. :D And congrats on your accomplishment!
