1/2 marathon in two weeks. Two years ago this wouldn't even be possible......at all. Just thought those waiting or newly out would like to know that things change and things you never thought could be done....can be!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Wow I am really inspired! I can make it to the mail box and back then need to sit. To have a goal of even 1k seems incredible!!

Surgery in 10 days for me, I look forward to my new life.
