Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

That's what I said!! I've never had a class where an instructor didn't show. Total miscommunication on the sub-instructor.

OMG you actually taught a class. I've been to 3 classes and can only do 20 minutes so far and I can't stand up and pedal, they tell me all in good time and to give it at least 6 classes to learn to love spinning.

This is so awesome, I can't even imagine it.
