Anyone else having trouble private messaging??

Hey everyone.  For the last week or so I have been having trouble with the message section of OH.  The message box is all blue and you cannot type in it.  I reported it to technical support, but have not hear back.

For those of you who have sent me a message, I apologize that I have not responded---because I can't....lol..
