how bad is a starbucks....
I have been getting hooked on these and finding I am wanting to drink them everyday if I allow myself.
When i order i get a tall with fat free milk decaf coffee and cinnamon dulche sf flavour....
Whats your take on them? Good , bad, ok????
Please share your thoughts
Thanks Leslie
A tall skinny latte (any flavor) at Starbucks is 100 cals. I get them about once per week. It's no different than drinking an 8 oz glass of skim milk.

Hi Leslie,
Interestingly enough... the Starbucks website doesn't reveal much. The calories aren't tremendous, but I'd be more concerned about the amount of sugar and carbohydrates.
MyFitnessPal has some Starbucks items listed (hopefully you don't need a membership to preview this link):

16 oz is a grande, not a tall. A tall is 12 oz and only 100 cals. I have the nutritional spreadsheet saved to my laptop. I have a tall skinny latte once per week.

anewstart...
Go to starbucks website and you can see the nutrition of a skinny sugarfree flavored latte....its actually not that bad.....consider using 1% milk instead of non-fat as its better for you post op as some fats in milk are needed....
LOLA....i did not wanna step on your toes but the figures you posted do not match the actual figures for SF syrups etc...hope this helps...
Heres a link: http://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/espresso/skinny-flavore d-latte
the protiens are good...
All in all....its not the worst choice but i would caution it daily....the sodium is a lil high as well...use it as a treat!!!!!!
