Sugar free juice
I too had problems drink just plain water. It tasted odd and also I feel like i couldnt tolerate it. When I went back for my 6 week appt. the dietician said that diluted juice was fine. So and I still do it now drink 1/2 regular juice and 1/2 water. I have found that I can drink more water now on its one and I do. Also I found that tea was a godsend. I drank lots of it black no milk or sugar for a long time. I tried Mio and Crystal Light but since Optifast I have noticed that I break out in hives when I have aspatame. Good luck.

PS: If you buy this make sure you get the DIET one and not the lo cal one (BIG difference in sugar)
