Oops! Yes, I get PB2 at low Carb store. But yesterday I was actually at Dr. Poon's, because I drove by it, and wanted a Quest bar.
Ate it, and now I don't need to go back....hurts my mouth to chew the darn thing!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I made slow cooked beef fajitas last weekend. Was sooooooooo good. I could very easily live off of Mexican and Tex-Mex food alone.

Didn't get to make Amanda's Protein balls yesterday but, will try again today. Ended up just having a "lazy" day....that's OK and sometimes necessary
B - Premier Choc shake + 1 T flaxseed
S - 5 small pitted prunes + 1 Baby Bell lite
L - 1/2 c. Kirkland plain FF GY w/1 T DaVinci SF Caramel syrup + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 2 oz cooked Chx breast w/1 T Walden Farms 1000 Island FF salad dressing + 30g Broccoli + 1 T Flaxseed
TOTALS: 620 CAL; 45G CARB; 16G FAT; 74G PROT; 13G FIBER
WOW!!! Adding prunes today (to help(?) with my constipation) has really hiked up my carb count....hope it will be worth it!!
