Good morning,

I'm going for a wee jog this morning. Strapping on my binder and I'll do 5k. I'm taking the doctor's original comments seriously. Running by 6 weeks, racing by 8, or sooner depending on if I'm a fast healer or not. Going me the okay at just over three weeks seemed too soon, so I started slowly at four. Anyhow, I'll report back on how that goes!

23 mo this post rny

B: protein coffee x 2 with PB2! Omelette with cheese and veggies

S: banana an peanut butter

L: leftover pulled pork

S: unsure

D: chicken and asparagus and Ross wants potatoes, so I'll count those too.

Totals when I get back! Have a great day everyone!

Laughing cow is gentle on the tummy.  My DH has issues with Peanut Butter which is why I didn't suggest that.  :)

I am still scared of eating and I am 6 months out !! lol

I am switching up my breakfast and punched in my totals, not sure I will do this again lol.  Too many carbs right off, my face feels red :(

S - amooza cheese string wrapped in a roast beef deli slice

L - the spinach salad I didn't get to eat last night due to getting my hairs did.  spinach with goat cheese, cucumbers, and roast beef on top with balsamic dressing

S - premier protein shake

D - chicken of some sorts.  maybe I will crock pot up some fajita/taco style.  love the moistness the jar of salsa poured overtop gives it :)  and some veggie

S - protein banana bread mmmm soooo good !

Have a great day everyone !  going to put on my walking shoes and hike up to the superstore for some meds for my middle girl who isn't feeling well :(

Awe sorry you have a sick little one!! I think your breakfast looks great. I can really only tolerate Fibre One Original, because it doesn't have added sugar. Without looking it up, I assume it also doesn't have as many carbs. Flavor isn't great though
