Just heard from Monica's husband Wayne, who said that the surgery went well and will be in recovery for three hours.

Congrats Monica9811!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I wish I was on a beach

I'm freggin cold

The thermostat says it's 22 in my office and I don't want to melt my co-worker.... but this weight loss has be bundled in a huge sweater wishing I had my MWW super warm socks on
