D - 2 oz cooked Chicken breast w/ 1 T Walden Farms Blue Cheese dressing + 30g broccoli + 1 T Flaxseed
TOTALS: 531 CAL; 19G CARB; 19G FAT; 71G PROT; 10G FIBER

Kelly you probably won't see this since you are probably at the hospital by now but I will be thinking of you. Work today. Mondays are usually busy, yeah! Going to East End coffee tonight.

Need to do some soul search about food. Feel like I am falling into some bad habits from the past.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

RNY, 3.5 months post-op
Today got off to a rough start with all of the snow! Ended up working from home as my daughter's daycare bus to school was cancelled. So I took her to school and will pick her up - doesn't happen too often so I'll enjoy that! I also came home and shoveled the driveway - some extra steps for my fitbit today!
Here's the plan for today:
B - 1/4+1/8 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup raspberries/blueberries, 1/8 cup All Bran Buds, SF peach syrup.
S - 1/2 pure protein bar
L - 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, 3 pieces whole wheat melba toast, 1/2 cup spinach salad (includes cucumbers, tomatoes, 1 tbsp. balsalmic and 2 tsp. oil).
S - Babybell gouda cheese, 1/2 Premier Protein shake
D - 3 ounces of chicken breast, 1/4 cup Swiss Chalet gravy (make at home packet), 1/2 cup broccoli.
S - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 packet Splenda, cinnamon.
Totals - 849 calories, 52g carbs, 30g fat, 100g protein
