Morning! I thought it'd be funny to start this post!

Today, just doing a little bit of surgery, and possibly done light walking tonight. Lol

I plan on having broth, provided that my usual after-surgery vomiting isn't so bad.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Oh! Gravol is always loaded, never seems to work. They're going to try a different ****tail. Interesting though, the anesthesiologist said I might have a different reaction, now that I'm not morbidly obese....

Morning;

Eats for Losing:

 

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - 2 ham cheese pickle roll ups

 

L - leftover chicken

 

D - 5 oz grilled grouper

     1/2 cup of succotash

 

S - 8 triscui8ts

     45 grams of cheddar

 

FITDAY totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,139,  Fat - 47 grams,  Carbs - 63 grams,  Protein - 129 grams

 

Percentages = Fat - 35%,  Carbs - 21%,  Protein - 44%

 

All water - vits

Good luck Kelly speedy recovery. I usually get the nausea stuff they give kemo patients. Its wayyyyyyyyyy better than gravol. LOL

Probably Zofran.  That is the one my PS gave me after my TT but I didn't need any.  That is the same one my mom gets and she is on chemo.
