Congrats on your success. It is great that even though you had complications you would still have gone through with it. Have fun in Cuba. I am traveling soon and look forward to sitting with no seat belt extension

That's just super. You reached your goal. I'm hoping to get to 160 too but I'll be happy at 165.... I think. Your right I did go through a lot. My family went through the worst of it though as I was in ICU in a medical coma for 3 weeks so thank god I have no memory of it. I am happy at 179 too, especially I know I won't be uncomfortable on the plane, not to mention the airplane washrooms, being in a bathing suit, an evening dress etc. plus i don't have to worry about eating too much and feeling guilty or worrying about how much weight I will gain. It's like freedom!! No one really knows but us here on this forum how amazing it is to have this surgery....that's why I have no regrets
