wtg , on your loss can you tell us how much you have lost and from what i see you had your surgery almost 11 months ago, would you terribly mind showing us pictures of what to expect if we need to get it cut off,,no one has showed pictures of the excess skin, I know it may be ugly but for us pro surgery it is so necessary. and again wtg 0n your weight loss but i would love to see pictures of it before and after.........thanks hopefully in advance

Hi there and thank you. I am actually almost 2 years out. You need to be one year at goal weight before you can apply for Panni surgery. I'm not exactly comfortable showing everybody my before photos. I might Put some in a private folder and people can PM me if I know them well enough I don't know everybody and I don't feel comfortable having my pictures out there. I have done a search for panni before and after shots through the forum and online and have seen many different weight-loss surgery before and after panni shots as well. Those people are braver than I am putting them out there for everyone to see.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I've lost a total of 103 pounds and I was 231. I'm now 128 and I am 5 foot one and a half. I had diabetes high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, depression for comorbidities and my BMI was 43. I hope that helps!
