The women's group I belong to at Church has bought tickets for a play tonight. For the life of me I can't remember what we are seeing. LOL So I guess it will be a surprise!
b. greek yogurt, granola, blueberries
s. baby bell, kashi crackers
l. sliced turkey, LF havarti, 1/2 tomato slice, spinach with salad dressing
s. protein tea
d. chili
s. not sure. Will take a bar incase I want something

Everyone seems to make it a little different. Try the Ontario Recipes http://http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/ontario_recipes/
For me I make chai tea with only a little water to make it strong. Then I heat either skim milk or almond milk and add protein powder to this. Then combine. I have a shaker from GNC that I can shake the powder into the milk. Be sure to seal tight and open with caution as pressure builds up.
Good morning (almost afternoon), everyone!
The next few days are busy, as my husband is out of town, so I'm flying solo with the kids. So I'll be getting my workout in on the bike at home, after they're in bed tonight.
Here's my eating plan for today:
B - 1/4+1/8 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/8 cup All Bran buds, SF Torani syrup.
S - 1/2 Pure Protein bar
L - 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, 1 cup spinach salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and oil/balsalmic.
S - 1 Babybell Gouda Cheese, Protein Shake later on.
D - 2 poached eggs with Salsa, 1/2 cup broccoli.
S - 1/4 cup cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon.
Totals - 882 calories, 53g carbs, 38g fat, 92g protein
