Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I got them at a South Asian supermarket.  If you're in Toronto, the supermarket is called Iqbal's and it's in Thorncliffe Park.  But basically you can find them in any south Asian grocery.  I'm not sure whether the chain supermarkets sell them or not - I've never really looked for them before, but I sure will now!  They're great.  A decent amount of protein and great crunch to them.

Morning !

 

B - Premier protein shake

S - Tall skinny cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks

L - 3 oz chicken breast with spag sauce and cheese

S - 1/2 premier protein bar if I feel like it.  Maybe just a cheese string and some triscuits (depends on my craving)

D - the salmon we didn't eat last night and some sauteed spinach :)

S - korean pop crisp thingy with some popcorn seasoning OR SF jello and a T of whipcream

 

I am undecided today can you tell ? lol
