And can you get the Isolate there as well? And how much is that one too?

At BulkBarn you can buy non flavoured isolate for $21/lb. I still have allllllllll those flavours left over from Opti days so I just put them in OR.. (when I don't have the trots)... fresh fruit like peachs raspberries blueberries strawberries (berries are lower-ish carb and have lots of healthy other things in them too)

What do you do with your non flavoured isolate? Can it be added to hot items?  I only ask because I'm trying to up my protein prior to my surgery later this month and would be willing to add it to stuff if it didn't change the taste/texture.

I have a shake in the morning:  30grams - 30g protein and then add 4tbsp of skim milk powder (9g protein) plus 8 oz water. Then add berries.,,or not Right there it's a 39gram hit of protein.

I put it in greek yogurt, cottage cheese, soups etc. But those same foods already have a taste and I don't taste the protein?

It dissolves really well with water

I have used the unflavoured in a couple of recipes. It seemed to work well.

Yes, I think it is too. I'm just asking because my boss and coworker are trying out my protein coffee. LOL

Also, someone was telling me about  isolate versus just the whey, and wondering if that would help my digestion (lack thereof) issues.

This page does a pretty good job of explaining the difference.

I think they are around $48 now, the price went up a while ago.  I do believe it's on sale right now though.

The LeanFit at Costco wasn't an isolet. There was an unflavoured natural whey isolet by Kaizen. $48.99 for 2kg.
