no upgrade for me. She doesn't think it's necessary, and neither do I. I do have some separation of my muscles from having kids, it's not that bad. I have a friend who I compared bellies with, and she had panni with the same Doctor, and i'm pleased with her results. I also like that the Dr. didn't push me for upgrades. I really just want the removal, not necessarily needing to be bikini perfect lol.
