Lots of water and I put a spoonful of Metamucil in every shake that I made. I have both the opti trots and constipation.

I got the runs on day 3 of the fast. Since then, I've had a toddler-size poo once per week. I don't feel constipated, so I haven't taken any softeners. Considering I'm only consuming liquids, I think this is normal, at least my normal.

Who knew people could talk so much about poop eh?

Anyway - Amanda - it had slipped my mind that you are also doing this right now too!  Are you doing ok on it?

My fast has been textbook! I'm losing an average of just over 1 lb/day and other than my constant allergy-related headache and occasional grumpiness, I'm doing very well!

I'm such a dummy - I didn't even weigh myself before I started....LOL...then again, I did tell myself that I wasn't going to get focused on my numbers so....I do know what I weighed in at during PATTS, so, I have an idea, but no scale at home.  Good to hear you're doing well!

I know what I was at PATTs but because I flip around from location to location I figured I'd play sweet and charming and go use the same scale on surgery day.
