Ooops - should have said that I met with Dr Cyriac on Mar 8 at 11:00 - that would narrow down the search wouldn't it??? :)

I am sure we met! My appointment was at 10:30! I think we even chatted. Are you from Brampton or the West End? I live in Mississauga. Your appointment was after me but you were there a long time before me if I remember correctly. Although I could have it all wrong! No matter, we must keep in touch.

Referral Date: May 29, 2012; TWH Orientation: June 19,2012; Nurse Practitioner Group Session and Social Worker Initial Assessment: September 25, 2012; Nurse Practitioner One-on-One and Psych. Assessment: January 18, 2013; Met with surgeon: March 8, 2013; Pre-Op scheduled: June 20,2013; Surgery scheduled: July 17, 2013! Surgery Completed!
