were you also experiencing an emotional roller coaster as you were getting closer to surgery date?

And no it's not that time of the month... I just burst into tears from the silliest things like commercial or YouTube videos...

I have 40 more days and I fear dehydration from all the tears...

Did anyone else experience this?

I think everyone experiences this. I sure did! I cried as I walked into the operating room! But a year later I couldn't be happier.

I'm definitely more emotional as I get closer to my date (Jan. 21) I think it's the unknown that makes me emotional....will I be able to meet my goal, will I be the one that fails at this (like so many other diets), could this be the one thing that will work for me...so many questions...

oh for sure its normal. This is a huge change in your life, and your life will never be the same. That's huge.
