Help!!! Severe abdominal cramping and nausea!!!!

I had RNY 19 months ago....I ate a small amount of rice with pork and some cauliflower about 2 1/2 hours ago and feel like I'm going to die. My stomach is cramping with severe back pain. I've had this a few times in the last month but not this bad. Usually it goes away in and hour or two.
I have been walking and took some gas x. I'm burping and passing gas. I have wanted to vomit and nothing but dry heaves!! Ouchhhh!

Should I go to emergency. I live in Belleville, so there's no Bariatric team.

Also sounds a little like constiupation. But pork will bring on gall bladder since it rendas to be fattier.

could be gall bladder.. go to emerg. They can phone a bariatric surgeon where you had your surgery.

Glad to hear you are at the hospital, the same thing would happen to me when I had my gallbladder. hope you feel better soon
