Today is a day to celebrate.....

Pre-surgery weight = 227.5 with a BMI of 44.3 (morbidity obese)

Today's weight = 127 with a NORMAL BMI of 24.8

Total lost = 100.5 ..doing the happy dance all the way to work and feeling friggin amazing !!!!!!

I could have NEVER done this without the tool of RNY surgery and changing my eating habits....for all those that question if this surgery can work - YES YES and YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went from a size 18W-20W, now wearing a size 6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have reached my goal weight ..... and LOVE my RNY !!!!!!!!!
