That is a super story. today is my 6 month surgeversary. I am down 95 lbs but more importantly I started working out and took a class with the Running Room. My 8 year old just did a 1km with me and I am doing the 5k in Ottawa on New Year's Eve. he loves running with me and is so happy I can do more stuff with him.
