These are the before and durings. Neither of the befores is at my heaviest weight of 265lbs. I don't believe I allowed any to be taken other than the day I left for the hospital and that was after 2 weeks of opti

Before at around 250 or so. Heavy on the or So.

During sometime in Late June maybe. At about 185 lbs or maybe 190-195. Not sure. But it was somewhere around there.

Afters. One from 2 weeks ago and one from this weekend. I am now around 5 lbs lighter as I had a huge drop this week finally broke the plateau.

2 weekends ago at about 160.

This past weekend at 155

The thing I notice is the sudden lack of double chins....
